Kopp Commercial is a new company in name only, David Kopp the owner has been in the Commercial property game for 16 years and is ably supported by professional commercial brokers who collectively add an additional 40 years’ experience. The team are governed by the National Estate Agents Affairs Board and all brokers are certified with their current Fidelity Fund Certificates.
Our Head Office is based at 9 Davallen Ave, Glen Ashley, Durban North and boasts 210sqm of A Grade offices which house our admin staff who ensure that the agents are able to carry out their job functions to the best of their ability. Our doors are always welcome to clients seeking advice and/or looking for Commercial property.
We also have a professional commercial property management division which concentrates on managing commercial properties on behalf of landlords who don’t want the hassle of having to pay monthly rates/levies or having to collect tenant monthly rentals.
Our International investment arm offers secure off-shore investments. Through our International team we ensure we guide clients from opening of their legitimate offshore bank accounts to acquiring suitable properties. This ABC approach ensures all clients from first time investors to investors who already have International property investments fell comfortable in their investment vehicle.
